Coordinated Entry ProcessThe Coordinated Entry process was created to streamline access to the housing solution that fits your situation. In order to determine the best solution for you, we will provide you with screening and assessment to help you find housing. Based on the assessment, you will be referred to a prioritization list for various program types and provided additional information upon request.
Individuals and Familes in needIf you are experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness, please provide your name, email address or a telephone number and brief description of the situation. A provider will contact you to discuss the options in your community within 48 hours.
