In order to determine the best solution for you, we will provide you with screening and assessment to help you find housing. Based on the assessment, you will be referred to a prioritization list for various program types and provided additional information upon request.
Individuals and Familes in need
If you are experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness, please provide your name, email address or a telephone number and brief description of the situation. A provider will contact you to discuss the options in your community within 48 hours.
