The Fox Cities Housing Coalition meets monthly on the third Wednesday from 8:00-9:30 at LEAVEN Fox Cities’ Community Resource Center (1475 Opportunity Way, Menasha). Coordinated Entry Process

​The Coordinated Entry process was created to streamline access to the housing solution that fits your situation.  In order to determine the best solution for you, we will provide you with screening and assessment to help you find housing.  Based on the assessment, you will be referred to a prioritization list for various program types and provided additional information upon request.

Individuals and Families in Need

If you are experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness, please provide your name, email address or a telephone number and brief description of the situation.  A provider will contact you to discuss the options in your community within 48 hours.

Partner Agency Staff

If you are working with someone that is in need of housing and/or services, please complete the information on the right.
