Rock-Walworth Homeless Intervention Task Force (HITF)
Regular meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. The link to the meetings can be found on the calendar on the Home page. All meetings are held over Zoom. To be added to the HITF list serv email, please contact Jessica Locher at [email protected] |
Walworth County
Regular meetings are on the first Tuesday of each month from 9-10:30 a.m. at the conference room at the Walworth County Housing Authority, 735 N. Wisconsin St., Elkhorn. |
Coordinated Entry ProcessThe Coordinated Entry process was created to streamline access to the housing solution that fits your situation. In order to determine the best solution for you, we will provide you with screening and assessment to help you find housing. Based on the assessment, you will be referred to a prioritization list for various program types and provided additional information upon request.
Individuals and Familes in needIf you are experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness, please provide your name, email address or a telephone number and brief description of the situation. A provider will contact you to discuss the options in your community within 48 hours.
