CoC Project Scoring Tool – seeking feedback
I have attached the CoC Competition Project Scoring Tool.  This is the same tool that was used last year (FY19 Competition). There are several specific questions being asked and two new sections proposed.  Please take some time to read, review, and provide feedback and comments.  Within the document, there are section numbers.  When you provide your comments and feedback, please identify the section number and then your proposed change, suggestion, comment, or response to the question(s).   If you have any questions about the process or the tool, please ask.
