COC Funded New Permanent Housing Project details Estimate $400,000 available in Wisconsin Balance of State Agencies who are interested in applying for these funds must use the applications listed below to initiate the pre-application approval process. The WIBOSCOC Board of Directors will review the applications and determine the projects that will be added to the collaborative application. Please refer to the very tight deadlines as listed below.
