 Information to know before you register:

Ticket Definitions

BoS Agency= an agency/organization working to end homelessness within the Balance of State CoC (69 counties).  Working to end homelessness includes at least 2 of the following:  (1.) operating homeless service programs (housing, shelter, outreach, prevention) in the Balance of State; (2.) contributing to system performance measures, (3.) participating in the biannual PIT within the Balance of State; (4.) participating in local coalitions; (5.) serving on the Board of Directors; (6.) attending BoS quarterly meetings; (7.) participating in coordinated entry in the Balance of State CoC; (8.) participating on a BoS committee or workgroup.  We reserve the right to request additional information to ensure BoS agencies receive the appropriate discount.  This includes changing the ticket type, requesting additional payment, and/or providing a refund.

Payment by Check

We strongly recommend and prefer agencies pay by credit card. If it is a hardship for your agency to pay by credit card, you may alternatively submit a check to Wisconsin Balance of State at 1166 Quail Ct., Suite 400, Pewaukee, WI 53072. Then, email areifschneider@hebronhouse.org, who will send you a registration code once the check has been received.​

Publicity Waiver

By registering, I understand that content developed at the 2024 WI Balance of State CoC Annual Conference  may be recorded and may be used as recorded educational content later on WI Balance of State CoC website, as well in future event marketing materials. I therefore hereby grant WI Balance of State CoC permission to the rights of my image, likeness, sound of my voice, and written statements as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.


Cancellation and Refund Policies  ​
Event ticket registration canceled on or before December 31, 2023 is fully refundable. Cancellations on or after January 1, 2023 will not receive a refund. The policy will not be waived. Registration may be transferred to another individual in the event the original registrant is unable to attend. Contact areifschneider@hebronhouse.org in order to arrange registrant substitution. Refund requests may take up to 14 days to process.

Conference attendees are responsible for reserving their own rooms and for using their agency tax exempt form.  All expenses incurred as a result of the hotel stay are the responsibility of the conference attendees.  The block of rooms expires when filled or on January 15th, 2024, whichever comes first.
